guess who's back???

'zup people??? i'm alive and kickin'...just recovered from the
bloodiest time of my life, heheh. nah, just a minor surgery.
was admitted wednesday morning and was discharged the following day. As i've said, this was my first and it was really weird. We went to the day surgery dep't at 10 am, after 30 or so minutes, the nurse asked me to changed my clothes into a holloween costume - a disposable undie, a long dress with my exposed butt, a wardrobe and a shower cap, thought it was a ninja costume without a sword. After that, I gave all my belongings to my wife and was asked to lay down and then the nurse started pushing my bed. It was like watching a movie as I was pushed to the operating room - deafening but serene and all I can see was the strands of bright light on the ceiling in a few seconds interval, or am I just too nervous, heheh. In the operating room, there was this filipino nurse that I started talking to, while the injection guy was having a good time punching the needle on my arm (he missed 3 times), then after 2 mins, I was already unconcious.
The urge to pee woke me up, thought of my morning ritual, I was to force my self up but the nurse stopped me and gave me a urinal instead, whew, what a relief, went back to sleep then when I woke up, it was already almost 6pm, laying side by side with my 5 freak wardmates. My wife, baby S, gg and bebe went home before 10 and I soon retired my eyes from the sound of the tweaking fan in the ceiling.
'HOYYYYYY', a nerve-breaking shout from one of my freak wardmate and it's f_cking 3am in the morning. He's an old man, probably in his 70's and enjoyed breaking the silence of the wee hours. I went up to leak then asked the nurse to changed my bloody nose bolster. I cannot go back to sleep and it's only freaking 3am, good thing my wife brought me this book I'm reading for 65 years.
The morning was great, I was asked to go to my doctor's clinic and after the cleaning, I was allowed to go back home. This hospital experience changed my perceptions on my health - we can't just rely on what the doctors can do with our problems, our own body are our own responsibility...kaya INUMAN NA!
