After 19 hours 28 mins 58 sec, I received an email from the seller confirming they received the payment and the item will be shipped-out within 2 to 3 days. The waiting game continuous.

I just paid my first ebay purchase : a laptop.

Based on the price on Harvey Norman, I saved a good $1k + 2 freebies: a 160GB portable HD & usb TV tuner card.

Not bad ei? There was a slight hesitation on the payment but after reading the feedbacks from the buyers, I let go of the hard-earned money. The seller is an Aussie registered company and has a possitive 96% feedback - I guess that's a good start.

(After 5 hours) I'm starting to have negative thoughts, they haven't answered my email to confirm that they have recieved my payment.

Fingers crossed!!!! I'll write an update tomorrow.
